Monoclonal Antibody-Fc engineered

A monoclonal antibody-Fc engineered is a mAb designed to induce cytotoxicity against B-cell malignancies by antibody effector functions mediated via their fragment crystallizable (Fc) region. Fc region, which naturally exists in mAbs, can have unique properties and thereby be potentially used for different applications. Due to these unique properties, various Fc-engineering antibodies have been developed lately in order to enhance the anti-tumor potential of mAbs.
