Peptibody

A peptibody, which results from the combination between a peptide and a part or all of the antibody, combines the biologic activity of a peptide with the longer duration of activity of an antibody. The resulting peptibody is composed of a biologically active peptide and an Fc region, which may broaden its therapeutic utility.
