In general, all products you find on our website are taken from the original medicinal container, i.e. a glass vial or a pre-filled syringe, and are aliquoted in a designated and GMP-licensed laboratory. Each aliquot, we refer to it as 'analytical reference medicinal product' or aRMP, is then stored at the recommended temperature (either 2-8°C or -80°C).
* = [Certificate of Analysis (CoA)]: a CoA is available only with some products, as these documents on not regularly supplied with the orignal drugs. However, in some instances CoA's ARE available and customers may opt to order one. The CoA is an official document released by the manufacturer of the original drug and gives rise to some critical quality attributes, endotoxin levels and other data. The CoA, if available for the product, can be obtained at an extra charge of 150 EUR.
Research-relevant quantities are available as licence-free consumable in aliquoted or diluted variant. Therapeutic monoclonal antibodies can be used from researchers in in vitro and in vivo experiments, biosimilar developers can order different batches at the time.
Aliquot: the original commercial therapeutic drug was aliquoted into 0,5 ml Eppendorf tubes. The therapeutic molecule is contained in the manufacuturers original buffer and at the orignal high concentration. No preservatives have been added.
Dilution: the original commercial, therapeutic drug is diluted to a laboratory-friendly 1 mg/ml final concentration. The dilutant is PBS pH 7.4. No preservatives added, so please open under sterile conditions or aliquote into smaller fractions. All diluted therapeutic molecules are stored at -80°C. Products can be shipped on dry ice or on gel-packs.
